If you are a victim of human trafficking and wish to submit documentation to block or dispute information on the verification(s) completed through Tenstreet’s Xchange Network, please contact us at no cost by emailing [email protected]. When submitting such a request, please ensure you include appropriate proof of identification, victim determination documentation (i.e., documentation that demonstrates you are a victim of trafficking) and identification of the specific adverse information you would like to block or dispute. Tenstreet’s Consumer Services Department may contact you to request additional information where we cannot reasonably confirm the appropriate proof of identity, if you did not provide victim determination documentation, or if we cannot properly identify the adverse items of information.
