3. Truckload Carriers Association – Truckload 2025: Phoenix – March 15-18 – Phoenix, AZ

4. Mid-America Trucking Show – MATS – March 27-29 – Louisville, KY

For more than 50 years, the Mid-America Trucking Show has set the standard for events in the trucking industry. 6. The American Trucking Association – Safety, Security & Human Resources National Conference & Exhibition – April 23-25 – Louisville, KY

8. The American Trucking Association – ATA Mid-Year Management Session – May 3-6 – Scottsdale, AZ

10. The National Private Truck Council – NPTC Annual Education Management Conference and Exhibition – May 11-13 – Orlando, FL

NPTC’s Annual Conference and Exhibition is the marquee national private truck fleet event of the year! The 2025 event will take place at the Rosen Plaza Centre and the Orange County Convention Center. With more than 1,300 attendees expected and over 190 exhibitors, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

The NPTC proudly positions itself as the only trade association in the United States devoted exclusively to the interests of the private corporate trucking fleet industry and its professional practitioners. They represent a cross-section of American manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and public service organizations ranging in size from family-owned small businesses and town utility fleets to Fortune 500 global conglomerates.

11. Truckload Carriers Association – Annual Safety & Security Meeting June 8-10 – Louisville, KY

TCA’s Annual Safety & Security Meeting has consistently brought truckload carrier safety professionals together to discuss problems, share ideas, and seek solutions to make their businesses and our roads safer.

The event offers the highly popular “Safety in the Round” sessions where attendees can draw from the knowledge of the group to solve common safety management and human-resource problems. Topics typically include adoption of safety technologies, improving driver training procedures, insurance and litigation best practices, and others.

12. Trucking Show – Texas Trucking Show June 21-22 – Houston, TX

The Texas Trucking Show is  a regional trade show focused on connecting suppliers and trucking companies. Also known as the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Trucking Show, it brings 300+ companies offering all kinds of products and services for the HD industry in a single venue. The event is free to anyone in the trucking industry.  

13. Iowa 80 Truckstop – Walcott Truckers Jamboree July 10-12 – Walcott, Iowa

The Truckers Jamboree is hosted every year at the Iowa 80 Truckstop, the largest truck stop in the United States. Since its inception in 1979, the Truckers Jamboree has been celebrating America’s truckers and is a great place to learn about trucking.

Primarily an event for truckers, this event is also open to exhibitors and can be a great investment of resources for carriers looking to expand their recruiting efforts. The Truckers Jamboree will host over 175 Exhibitors in a 34,000 square foot exhibition hall. Total grounds? A whopping 474,000 square feet.

14. McLeod Software – McLeod Software User Conference September 21-23 – Denver, CO

McLeod Software’s 2025 User Conference will be held September 21-23 in Denver, CO.

15. International Foodservice Distributors Association – IFDA Solutions Conference – September 28-30 – Columbus, OH

The IFDA 2025 Solutions Conference is the only event designed by and made for operations professionals in the food distribution industry. 16. National Tank Truck Carriers – Tank Truck Week  – October 5-9 – Kansas City, MO

NTTC’s Tank Truck Week (TTW) has become North America’s largest tank truck event for owners, executives, operations, safety, and maintenance professionals. This premiere event delivers seminars focused on tank truck safety, maintenance, tank wash, technology, educational sessions by Tank Truck University, and a high capacity Cargo Tank Test & Inspection workshop hosted by educators from the Department of Transportation.

17. The American Trucking Association – Management Conference & Exhibit – October 25-28 – San Diego, CA
